After connecting the microphone, it only records sound when it hears a voice. If the voice stops, the microphone does not record anything at all, even background sounds. After I start talking again, the recording starts after a second, which causes gaps in the audio track.

I'm using the microphone that comes with the Creator Combo kit. Yes, I will provide a sample.
I would like to describe the issue again: when the microphone is slightly moved away or the sound is quiet, the microphone stops picking up sound. It only records sound if speaking loudly and not immediately but after a couple of seconds. However, if audio duplication is enabled separately, then the recording is fine.

We received an update from our engineer that logs are needed for analysis. Please provide us with the following information:
1) Device log + Mic 2 internal recording file;
2) Please tell us whether Mic 2 has Noise Cancelling turned on and whether live streaming is enabled;
3) May I ask if this issue can be reproduced every time? If so, it is best to re-record a video and then export the device log, Pocket 3 original video and Mic 2 internal recording file.

Noise reduction is turned off during recording, but regardless of whether noise reduction is turned on or not, the error persists

You can follow the instruction below to export the logs: Insert the microSD card into Osmo Pocket 3. Swipe down from the top of the screen, select Settings, choose Device Info, and then tap Export Log to generate log files.
After logs are exported, connect the device to a computer by using a Type-C cable. To locate the log files, open My Computer and access the microSD card drive (with the corresponding drive letter). From there, navigate to the logs folder.
