I have a RCN1 remote that I used with my Mini 3 Pro. I primarily used a RC remote with the Mini 3 Pro. So both remotes were used with my Mini 3 Pro. I sold the mini 3 pro along with the RC remote. I made sure I was signed out and un-binded the RC remote from the drone. I shipped it off and kept my RCN1 remote for future use.

I am now using a DJI Mavic 3 and cannot get the RCN1 to connect to it. Was I supposed to sign out of the RCN1 remote using my mini 3 pro first?

We recommend making sure to perform the linking process correctly to avoid linking failure. You may also perform the manual linking via this process: Remote controller (RC-N1): Customizable button + Photo/video toggle + Shutter/record button

Aircraft: Press and hold the Power button on the aircraft for four seconds to prepare to link.
