I am fairly new and not flown in a good while.I want to  down load lightcut for my pc, the file which is an xapak file will not open, it just goes to how do you want to open this file. any help in how to execute the lightcut file on my pc will be greatly appreciated.

I think it's only a mobile app, which if so, is stupid.  Mobile apps are a nice companion, but real work happens easier for most people on a computer.
