It's clearing nicely but the rivers are roaring here from all the rain.

I fly back into Florida late this evening so I haven't even checked the weather forecast but it has been really nice here in the Bahamas except for one quickly passing storm.  I just hope that when I land it is not raining.  So tired of all the dang rain.

I fly back into Florida late this evening so I haven't even checked the weather forecast but it has been really nice here in the Bahamas except for one quickly passing storm.  I just hope that when I land it is not raining.  So tired of all the dang rain.

At least you had a break from it and some good diving I hope.    I had planned to be painting outside Monday morning and I woke up to 40mph winds again.   I'll be house work husband today instead.

That makes a change,    so many places I see dont seem to make any progress until the last 5 minutes when it all comes together.

There's still a lot of work to be done - but they are getting on with it steadily.

At least thats one thing,   I find it quite frustrating,   especially with road works where nothing seems to happen apart from the machine moving about.

This whole area is gridlocked with the blasted things at the moment.

Both!  Years of neglect have led to these situations, due to the usual problem of underfunding.

People do series of all sorts and then turn them into zines,   churches and vegetables are the most popular topics though I see.

Yeah, if you include all the denominations, there must be half a dozen of them scattered around the village here. (Churches, not vegetables)

It was a great four day dive trip. The only hiccup was I lost my new GoPro 11 and dive case on first day.  The strap somehow or another came undone and dropped to a depth of well over 200+ meters.  I didn't know it had fallen until I went to use it and it was not there.  So I was not able to recover it as I'm not certified to dive that deep or have the proper equipment for that type of dive.  Just an expensive lesson learned.
