When using my smart controller, I have been using  it to do circular roof orbits I take about150 to 200 photos. Ifind that after the first 75 the camera starts to lag. If I continue I lose the screen. I can still controll thedroneand get itback. Iam thinking this is a memory issue.. It happens with the air 2 and air 2S is there a way to stop this from happening that anyone knows of. What I have been doing is when the camera starts to alg I land the drone and turn everything on and off and that seems to stop the issue. I would rather not do that.

I had lots of strange lagging issues with my smart controller and found that replacing the SD card with a faster card fixed the issues.

I will give that a shot. Using Sandisk Extreme Gold v30 now. What are you using?

Hi, BetterBizTech. Sorry about the trouble. Please try the procedures below:
1. Check whether the remote controller firmware version and the app version have been updated to the latest. If not,  please update them and try again.
2. Check whether the available storage of the remote controller is sufficient. If the storage is full or is about to be full, it will interrupt the app’s running or cause an unexpected exit from the app.
3. Try removing the SD card or replacing it
4. Back up data, and restore the remote controller to its factory settings.

You could turn off the cached images or just use the internal storage.

Maybe that's the problem.  I have been hunting for a used pro controller but they are so expensive. They say that the automated flight and the number of pics that are needed require it. I'm trying to squeak by with what I have. I will try both of these options. It's worth a shot. Good thinking.
