Thank you very much. Please try the suggestions below and see if they will help:
1. Check whether the lens is dirty. We recommend wiping the lens with a wet tissue.
2. Please ensure the firmware version is the latest; if not, please update it. If yes, please try to refresh the firmware using the DJI Assistant 2
3. Reset the camera parameters in the app.
4. After camera parameters are reset, please toggle to MF mode and slide the MF module.
If the issue persists, we suggest sending back the aircraft to DJI for inspection. You can submit a Repair Request on the DJI website or use this link: https://repair.dji.com/.
