Hi,

I have one of the original Mavic 3 Cine, the one with only the dual lens configuration.

I was messing around the other day and found the 2nd smaller sensor camera now doesn't focus. To be honest I have never really used it, so hence this may have happened with previous FW upgrades.

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and whether you had a work around to fix it?

Thank you very much. Please try the suggestions below and see if they will help:
1. Check whether the lens is dirty. We recommend wiping the lens with a wet tissue.
2. Please ensure the firmware version is the latest; if not, please update it. If yes, please try to refresh the firmware using the DJI Assistant 2
3. Reset the camera parameters in the app.
4. After camera parameters are reset, please toggle to MF mode and slide the MF module.
If the issue persists, we suggest sending back the aircraft to DJI for inspection. You can submit a Repair Request on the DJI website or use this link: https://repair.dji.com/.
