Mini 3 Pro disconnects mid flight. DID NOT RTH

This is the second time this has happened. Mid flight the remote cannot connect to the drone and does not return to home. I am not far between take off and where I was flying and had battery. I get logged out of the app, remote is unable to pair and drone is gone. I know that this was out of my control and is a major problem with the mini 3 pro. Is this a problem that others have experienced? Could it be an issue with the controller? They didn't replace controller the last time. Has DJI been willing to rectify this for you? I have DJI care refresh, but its unnacceptable that after paying for the insurance there are fees on top of it. $299 for an error that is DJI not my flying. Has anyone not had to paid for replacement drone?

You can check the warranty information through this link. https://repair.dji.com/device/search?lang=en&re=us If your drone is still within the warranty period, you can apply for data analysis for this accident to locate the cause of it. If it's a manufacturing issue, we will provide warranty service accordingly.
