I'm sure it was, but the blur on the water makes all the difference to  the impression of speed, to my mind.

Sometimes you just have to open the throttle and let it rip.  Of course, that would not be good if it is a no wake zone.

With a capture like that, I think you could make a killing with photographing those boats for their manufacturer's brochures. Just add a catchy tagline next to that and some tempting advertising in text and you're good to go.

The cold weather is certainly keeping the water ways clear,  although I did catch a SUP yesterday.

Guess that is how she is partly able to put up with the cold weather.  Not sure what your water temps are but I'm betting they are pretty cold still.  Water temps where I dove last week was 26C.
