Disturbing Shaking in Camera Shots

Hello,
For the last 2-3 months, I have been experiencing disturbing flickering and image shifting during the shootings I have taken with DJI Pocket 2.

To fix this, I checked the software version of the device and reset the device to factory settings, but I could not fix the problem in any way.

If I shoot 10 videos, 6-7 of these videos have very disturbing image shifts and flickers and are not usable in any way, but 3-4 videos look good.

I am also sending an example video of this flickering and image shifting in the following YouTube link. How can I get service or support on this issue in Turkey?

Please urgent solution for this annoying situation.

Just imagine, you are capturing memorable moments on your trip, and when you review the videos upon your return, you encounter strange and annoying vibrations along with unpleasant image shifts. 1. Ensure the firmware of the device has been updated to the latest version.
2. Check whether there are any third-party accessories, such as protective films, installed on the gimbal. If so, please remove them and then recenter or auto-tune the gimbal to check whether it is restored to normal.
3. Ensure the gimbal is not in FPV mode. If the issue persists, please let me know, and I'll find further solutions to the problem.

1- I had already checked the firmware version of the device before. I checked again now, version number: V01.03.00.10

2- There is no protective film on the gimbal, the only accessory I use with the Gimball is the original wide angle lens that comes with the Creator Combo package, the photos of which are in the Google Drive link below. I noticed that when I shook this lens it made a clicking sound as if something was moving inside it.

3- When I usually take my shots while walking on the street, I take them with Follow mode and a wide angle lens. However, today I will try FPV  off and let you know the result. However, since I have been using Follow Mode from the beginning and I did not see such a problem at first, I do not think that the problem is only related to this mode.
