I'm facing an issue with my M300 where, upon power-up, it successfully initializes and begins its stabilization process with the Zenmuse payload. However, despite confirmed connections and up-to-date firmware on both devices, the M300 fails to detect the payload. I've tried troubleshooting steps like rebooting and checking connections, but the problem persists. Any advice or similar experiences?

Hi there, please make sure it is installed in place, the red marks should be aligned, and there is a click sound when it is in place. You may also replace the gimbal camera, gimbal mounting bracket, and cross-test the aircraft to see which component is faulty and then send it back for further assistance.
