Hi all, so we have used and loved the DJI Mic 2 but all of a sudden it no longer wants to do any back recording? Red light won't turn on. We have tried updating software and factory resetting but nothing works, any advice?

Hi there, we usually connect it to a Sony a7iii or iiii however that’s not the issue I need the transmitter to work as normal. It usually does internal recording without being connected to a device.
