How do I set up my DJI mini 4 controller SD card to save my photos and video

Hi. Thank you for your inquiry. After inserting the SD card, enter the FPV page>three dots in the top right corner>Camera>Storage Location page. You can set "Aircraft Storage" or "SD Card" based on actual requirements. As shown in the figure below: 

Thanks but I have done that and only the SD card in the Drone works. How do you get the SD card on the RC 2 controller to work.

Hi grayls, DJI RC 2 supports caching video and downloading original footage of the video to an external microSD card.

If you would like to switch the storage location from internal storage to an external SD card on DJI RC 2, you could follow the below steps and try, thanks.
Setting path: DJI Fly - Profile - Settings - Storage.
(*You could select "Migrate Data to new storage" based on your needs.)
