Why is RC2 not able to use the SD card I added to the slot?

How could I use it ?  I couldn't even find how to format it?

Does it not suppose to work?   Or I I forgot some settings?

Hello there, it is recommended to use an SD card from the list of recommended ones. Could you please let me know which one you used?

Once you have inserted the memory card, you can choose to save your photos and videos either to the internal storage or to the microSD card in DJI RC 2. In case you wish to format it, you could do it by using a card reader through your computer.

I use the most popular ones, same as I used for other DJI cameras including Action 4.

Hi there, you could please refer to the following list, thanks.

SanDisk extream worked well for me and mini 3 w djrc. I did have to use a computer to format it and did not use quick format. Takes a while but will be glitch free. Once done, the mini 3 and djrc remote records and deletes files properly.
