Recently, I've been experiencing difficulties with the auto calibration feature of my Ronin-S. Despite multiple attempts, the gimbal fails to calibrate properly, leading to instability during operation. Additionally, I've experinced that although the gimbal powers on successfully, the motor does not engage when attempting to tilt or pan, rendering the device unusable for its intended purpose.

I have thoroughly reviewed the user manual and troubleshooting guides provided, but unfortunately, I have been unable to rectify these issues on my own.

Could you please advise me on the next steps to take to address these concerns? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support you can offer in resolving these issues and restoring my Ronin-S to full functionality.
