Well... it finally happened.  I have one arm with some hairline cracks.  What do you guys think?  Is it too late to add the UAV supports, or bite the bullet and send it back.  I have attached a few photos to show what I am facing.

Mines in the shop right now (DJI Dealer) and they're going to replace the shell...my cracks were on the shell mounting holes, not the motor mounts

I have cracks on top but I can't justify sending it back to china. I'm in Australia. Wish dji would just send the new shell out to me so I can do myself or to the dealer where it came from so they can do.

I just notice my and I have the same cracks , I think every p3 will be having this problems soon or later.

Is it caused by dynamic stresses  from flying, or simply over torqued screws ?

If we loosen and gently tighten screws can we prevent ?
