Thx for your answer and it makes sense.
Even so, it should at least be mentioned in the manual (p.48) and possibly on the controller screen.
Another 'flaw' in the manual is to warn the operator that the Status Indicator Lights will stop blinking once video recording starts (p49).
The flight status is always indicated on the top left of the controller screen, regardless of whether the physical switch is say, left in sport mode after landing and power down. When you power up, it will show N mode. Once in the air if you move the switch to normal and then either cinema or sport, the switch will function normally until after you power down.
Also tapping on the In Flight just to the right of N Mode is a quick way to check and alter your max return to home altitude for your current location. |
