Hello guys,

I have got a new pc W11, and installing the last version DJI assistant 2
  (Windows V2.1.20), and i only have 2 choice for language : english and chinese.
  Can you give me some advice to get DJI assistant in french ?

I knew that DJI assistant 2 has many languages, i've installed on my last computer whith window 7 and i had all the 11 languages .
Take a look on the screen shot i join for my problem.

Just a suggestion...

Did you try to install it as an Admin? Is Window 11 "Real time protection" turned off while installing DJI Assistant 2?

If not, try that....

Do what, precisely?

Real time protection in windows does create a lot of problems, with several programs. That was the reason I suggested. The fact that you can install it, but the installation is not complete. You are obviously missing the other languages in the "DJIEngine/translations" folder...

Or you could move the file qt_fr.qm from another computer where the installation does work and add it to the translation folder in the other computer...

Unfortunately this forum doesn't allow .qm files to be uploaded

My computer is an MSI Cyborg 15 A12V and Norton 360 is installed automatically, and I cannot desactivate Windows real-time protection because Norton has priority

Your antivirus programs are preventing a proper installation of the DJI software...

Personally, I would delete Norton 360 at the first chance I get and then do a proper check of Regedit (registry cleaning) of anything Norton will try to leave behind in your system...

Windows Firewall and Windows Protection are more than adequate to take care of your computer from virus and malware these days...

At the end of the DJI assistant installation, this screen appears with a lot of info that I don't really understand, but I can understand that there have been errors, indicated at the beginning and end of this very technical text.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I know now that Windows 11 does not support all the eleven languages of DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) such as W7, 8 and 10.
