Hi , I am a new drone user and have a DJI mini 2 .
initially I would fly it with SD card inside and all footage was on the SD card and in the ifly app for me to view .

All of a sudden I have an issue

The footage saves fine as a video on the SD card but in the app I can only see a still image of the said footage or a map view of my flight.
I have ~NO IDEA why .
My footage also no longer transfers to my phone ( iPhone )

Can anyone help, please?
I would like to check I have the video before packing up and going home

this is screen view and when i click its either a still image or a map view . Like i said all the footage ios fine from the SD card

Hi , no its either a full video of the flight but in map view only
OR
a still image with a dot at the bottom ( usually of the starting point ) but no way to view the video

sorry tried to send screen shot and video and none will upload

my videos show in
menu
flight data centre
and a list with date,distance,altitude,duration and a small thumbnail image of starting point  with a cloud icon in top right hand corner

To transfer your files directly to your phone, you can use Quick Transfer. Here is the link for instructions: https://support.dji.com/help/con ... p;re=US&lang=en, it also contains instructions for other methods. Please keep me posted. Have a nice day.
