If you need assistance with creating a ticket, you may contact DJI support at (https://www.dji.com/support). We understand that this is not the answer that you look forward to, but this would be the best thing to do in this situation. In addition, warranty service can be claimed depending on the result of the Damage Assessment. Your kind understanding is appreciated and thank you for your continued support.
I know it would be best to send the drone to the DJI service, but unfortunately, in our situation, that's not possible. The drone was purchased by middle school students for the needs of the section's work, as an extracurricular school activity. Sending the drone to the DJI service would take too much time and money, which the students don't have - all the modest funds we have are spent on buying the DJI drone. |
