Maybe that is when they left the cover off or like you said maybe the wind decided to blow it off.

Good to hear yours went through fine.  The Mod replied: I will further check with our relevant team and keep you update.  Haven't heard back from him yet and a quick look this morning shows it is still in a fail status.

Yes, it took a couple of days for them to get it sorted out.  I still don't know what caused it to fail.  So hope April 1st I don't get fooled.

That's a good question.  

I saw where DJI will launch DJI Dock 2, and the DJI Matrice 3D and 3DT drones on March 26 a 9 AM EDT.  I wonder if they will also release the Avata 2 and the new goggles on that same date.  

I saw where the roadmap lists Mini 5 Pro for late summer 2024.

I'd be interested but I gave FPV flying a try with a cinewhoop and I just couldn't overcome the vertigo feeling I'd get.  I even tried sitting down to fly and that didn't help.  I even went so far as to have my eyes and ears  checked.  My friend (a doctor) was able to order a brain scan to check for a tumor.  It was really weird because I don't get seasick but as soon as I put on the goggles my head feels like it is spinning and I might fall down.  A friend of mine had a cinewhoop and he said I could give his a try before I bought one but I didn't take him up on it.  Looking back I should have tried it.  Oh well, I gave the set to the next to oldest grandson and he is still flying it off and on.

Not clear from the rumours exactly what the AR cameras are for,  but it cant be to get around the spotter issue as they wouldn't meet the naked eye rule.

Guess we will just have to wait and see when they do the official release.  No doubt they have some production models already out being field tested.  No doubt Jeven already has some to test.

There are loads of image leaks so far so they must be out there.

No doubt about that.  I wish they would have sent you one as no doubt you could have given it a good workout and reported back any issues.  I don't think anybody logs the hours on the Mini 3 Pro that you do.  So you would have made a great tester.
