Nice shot DA.    The grounds around the castle are so green. I guess all that rain you've had bodes well for the greenery.

Yes and it's incredibly boggy in places too,   all the live stock luckily has been moved indoors now so at least they are not churning it up.

I'm sure it is a boggy mess in places where the water has accumulated and is standing.

We all have competing things for our time.  I did see the shot this morning and I thing that field will be unusable for the cattle until after many days or even a week of daily sunshine.

The lower fields around the castle are not much better at the moment either so those red poll cattle may be delayed returning too. No doubt this will have a knock on effect in the supermarkets too.

It's a really easy recipe but also very tasty,   especially if you have good tomatoes which Im sure wont be a problem in the sunshine state.

Their is s farmer's market not to far from me and they usually have the freshest and best vegetables available.  One of the stands sells the biggest tomatoes I've ever seen.  He calls them beefsteak tomatoes and some of them are between 1-3 pounds each.
