I just recieve my first DJI Mini 2 Se combo pack. From a greek Company called public with order number 2102766225. When I opened the external box I saw the drone's box in a very bad condition as you can see in the attached foto.... And there was things that missing like the USB power charger and the extra joysticks. I already contact with the company and waiting their answer.


But it's very bad advertisment for a very good brand.

Right now I cannot do my work because I cannot test the drone as I am afraid is second hand used and maybe faulty.

Have you checked the "what's in the box" webpage ?
That I see in the UK it makes no mention of a charger and/or spare joysticks.
That there may be no charger does not surprise me but the no joysticks is a bit "tight" ...... though I think I have read of it with other models too.

There is no battery charger.
Also no extra joysticks just the ones stuck in bottom of remote
