Indeed we do.  Just trying to adjust today to the spring ahead time change.  I wish our elected official would pass the bill and get away from Spring and fall time changes.  So many states have already approved a similar bill but as usually our Congressmen and Senators can't agree on anything.  I've really never seen politics this bad before.

I read in a recent Pew research poll that 86% of those polled said that Republicans and Democrats are more focused on fighting each other than on solving problems.  85% said the cost of political campaigns makes it hard for good people to run for office  and 84% said special interest groups and lobbyists have too much say in what happens in politics.

I especially liked these 2 comments:

The biggest problem is that politicians are “hiding the truth and fulfilling their own agendas.”

“They don’t work for the people. They are too corrupt and busy filling their pockets.”

Could be they have forgotten what they were elected to do and that is to represent the people in their constituency.   Or maybe they are overwhelmed with all the issues confronting them that they just would rather not do anything productive.

It's just more lucrative to be corrupt and there are no penalties.
