I've been to many, many marinas and ports and I rarely see circular bulkheads so maybe your area is starting a trend with those.  

Where is it ? A river port for ship ?

I didn't notice that.  I used the lens distortion too, and it must have pulled in that corner to straighten the picture.

I can add artificial sky but it would have to be done in Photoshop.

It's funny but in lightroom when you pull a photo this way you can add anything to the end. You have to export it and fix it in photoshop
