RC-N1 not update

Hi all,
I can't connect DJI RC-N1 RC231 to the phone and I can't update it.
I've used different cables, checked on iPhone and Android.

DJI RC-N1 has firmware V04.11.0032.
I use DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) v2.1.16, and it does not show any software version for this radio at all.

Any suggestions? Please help me, thank you
