Hello All,

I recently purchased the DJI RS3 Combo, and I'm wondering if I can use it with my Sony FX30. I see the FX3 can be used, but why not the FX30? For what I do, the RS3 mini doesn't support the weight.

Thank you for any help.

Thank you for reply, are there any plans to add the software for the DJI RS3 for use with the Sony FX30 ?

Thank you for your support. After verification, I must inform you that the currently available Ronin series handheld gimbals do not support the stabilization of the camera model you mentioned. We hope for your understanding in this matter.

If you need to mount heavier cameras and lenses or meet more professional shooting requirements, you may want to consider the Ronin 2. You can learn more about it through this link: (https://www.dji.com/cn/ronin-2?site=brandsite&from=nav).

Rest assured, I will forward the camera and lens models you provided to our engineers for evaluation. You can also fill out the "New Camera and Lens Request" at the bottom right of the "Ronin Series Camera Compatibility Search" page (https://www.dji.com/cn/support/compatibility?product=rs-2), to allow our engineers to better understand your needs.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Hi Natalia,
In what sense do you say that the FX30 is not compatible with the Dji Ronin Rs3?
I have the gimbal and a FX30 and they work just fine.

The gimbal can work well with any camera as long as the size and weight permits and the FX30 is exactly the same size as the FX3.

It even managed to connect with Bluetooth and it is able to remotely control the Powerzoom feature of some sony lenses, Start/Stop Recording and remotely press the custom button1.
