After downloading files via the Mimo app to my iPhone 13 Pro, the files in my phone library are there but not playing.
When I edit these files in LightCut, they would render and after that they are playable. Or when I send the unplayable file via WhatsApp they also play.
So initially these downloaded files have a wrong format, how do I change that?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble. When editing using Lightcut, please make sure to export the edited video to MOV format if you want to play the video on iOS devices, and use the MP4 format if you want to use it on an Android device. You can use the original file and edit the video again and make sure to save the correct format. Hope this helps.

Is there an option to record direct .mov in the device or is that not recommended for quality?
Are there options for H264 and 265 or HEVC? I’ll have to go into settings again, but I’m a bit new to this.
