Ronin's battery is not charging, the rest of the functions work normally

Hi, iamvc2k. Thank you for reaching out. May we ask what Ronin device are you pertaining to and how did you charge the battery? We will wait for your reply.

I use a ronin s gimbal, before it was still able to charge the battery using the phone's charger, now it can't charge the battery anymore, it doesn't say battery is charged.

Thank you for the reply, iamvc2k. Please try the steps below:

• Use another charging cable and charger. The charger must meet the corresponding requirements:

Ronin-S: The fast charge meets the QC standard protocols. The power is not higher than 24 W.

• Check whether the charging environment temperature meets the requirements, the recommended charging environment temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

• Press the battery level button separately to see if the battery level indicators light up or not. If a new battery is being used, it is recommended to charge the battery for at least 10 minutes to wake it up

• If the issue persists after the grip has been detached and reattached, please send your product back.
