I was wondering how we know the altitude over ground level when flying. I can only see the altitude from where I took off from. I have MP3 with RC Pro controller. Thanks

If you fly real low than the IR height is seen in the fly app, but no heighs more than 5 meter or so.
In all other situations you cannot see the true height above surface level.

So trust your eyes....  ;-)

You cannot and it wouldnt be very accurate anyway.  Why do you need to know this?
