Amazing sunrise DA.  

Wow! You finally had a day where it didn't start raining 30 seconds into your flight.

Lovely colors, sound and landscape would've been even better.

Indeed,   it's nice to see a bit of colour,  and then yesterday afternoon we hit 18c when I headed over to the parents which was double nice

We're about 14 degrees. Managed to get my morning walk in, before lunch at an Inn. Then the rain began, so instead of walking back I hopped on the bus. Some photos but no droning - too windy and damp/muddy.

We ended up with some wind too but the forecast for the coming week looks promising

I was lucky to get home just before it started.    Hopefully tomorrow will be better as I really need to process some of the wood.

Thats for about 8:30am tomorrow.    Collect water on the way home and then crack on with the wood hopefully.

We do encounter the occasional one.  It was quite a common occurrence back in France, and sangliers (wild boar) were often the cause of vehicle write-offs.  I had a couple of lucky escapes, but my neighbour had her car written off by a deer leaping over a hedge onto the bonnet. She was lucky not to be injured herself.

We see plenty of road kill here but luckily not hit one yet,  although I did hit a pigeon once and that was enough of a mess.

I hit a pheasant once. It turned into paté on the grille of my truck at the time.

Raining again this morning. Although yesterday I got a chance to fly the Mavic2Zoom and blow the dust off.  All sorts of error messages. Spent more time updating and re-calibrating than actually flying.

Thanks for the reminder,  I have been meaning to do the same with the M2P.

Weve had rain everyday this week so far,   none of it was forecast though.
