It's funny the waterfront area is very narrow.  Not the best layout for scenery. It was a 2 hour ride to shoot this area and I expected a more dramatic layout.

I meant rotate the row of houses. Then everyone would've had a small exclusive part of the waterfront.

I don't know why they did it that way. The only thing I could think on is there isn't enough frontage to the waterfront for all those apartments.

It's a nice calm bay. Must be great for canoeing.

Great shot Charles.    Nice coops.  Tennis courts, swimming pool and waterfront - what else do you need.

It seems that way. There were about 4 residents there in the off season.

Yes, there were only 4 residents there while I was shooting. The main lodge was closed.

Nicely done. And I agree with Depp. I would align them with the waterfront.

It would have been a good Idea if I had seen them. First time looking at the property was from the air. It was a 2 hour ride there and 2 back, so when I got there I went in the co-op shot it and went up.

I'm talking about the layout of the building. I would have rotated it so all windows would face the waterside.

There must be some kind of waterfront restriction because so little of the waterfront is used.
