Ive not spotted any yet here,  weve got plenty of Hyacinths out though which usually means they are coming.

Im going to try and collect some wild garlic this year and see if I can get it to grow.

Thanks. It did turn out quite tasty.  I think marinating for 24 hours really helped the flavor.

Very true with brisket.  It needs a 5 minute cool down while the juices rejuvenate before cutting into it.

I do sometimes,    not always though.  Sometimes it's just too tempting.

That's when you just have to scoop out a sampler bowl before you put the rest away for the setting period.
