Hello,

Today I received my Mini 3 Pro. Unfortunately, it shows me various errors, from IMU hardware malfunction to sensor error (see screenshot).
I opened a replacement service case, but the confirmation email doesn't include information on how to send it back, nor a shipping label (see below).
