Decided to make one of my own 'Guess where?' pictures, as is popular here in the forums. We'll see how many people outside Finland know this
So where is this picture taken and what is the name of the building in the picture? (Bonus brownie points, if you know what is there in the building )

If you are Finnish or otherwise Scandinavian, don't spoil the fun before giving the other forum members outside the Scandinavia a chance to guess Just state 'I know' or something similar instead of posting the answer straight away ;-)

Yes, there is some done there, and some changes in traffic routing. Not entirely sure what they are constructing there though.

PM sent.  It reminds me a lot of the Space Needle Tower in Seattle, Washington which was built for the 1962 World's Fair.

Do you know/can you guess/will you otherwise find out where the picture was taken? So many have given the right answer that I may soon reveal it on this thread, but I'll yet wait a small time and see how many others will reply with the correct answer

When someone shows something from another country unless it's world famous, I have no idea.

There's a similar one in London, but it's now closed to the public.

Nope.
I just took the train from Jyväskylä and back and spent some time around railway yards that looked interesting. I think I saw it from the train, but the area has changed quite a bit now, so I don't remember exactly (it was 2002 )
