Hello, so I just recieved my Pocket 3. The first time I charged it the screen would quickly show the status of the battery in the pocket and the extended battery. After that first charge while the pocket still charges just fine the status screen never shows up. I have tried multiple charge cables and its the  same thing. Is there a setting somewhere I missed?

Please note that when connecting the unit without using the battery handle, if the Osmo Pocket 3 is fully charged, the screen will turn off. Please keep us posted with the video. We appreciate your cooperation.

I’ve had this happen to me.  I did a factory reset and it started working properly.  Some kind of software bug I’m guessing.
