Hi, there is a strange problem.


I try to configure the customizable buttons C1, C2 and C3. Everything works fine, except on C1 & C2 --> the function wouldn't be executed, the only reaction is the confirmation beep, when I press the button.

For example: I set every button (C1, C2 and C3) to the function 'switch between map and live view'. Pressing C3 switches between map and live view including the confirmation beep.
Pressing C1 and/or C2, not reaction except confirmation beep ... its weird.

Its the same behavior with other functions, e.g. gimbal down. Also if assigned to all 3 buttons or only to a single button (C1, C2 or C3).

Also combined custom commands (C1 combined with 5D button) are not possible.

All updates are done, reseting the remote control multiple times, reinstall the actual firmware using dji assistant twice - no change or success.

Any suggestions - its a brand new drone, also certification to C2 done.
