Please Delete.  Figured it out.  Not sure why DJI would use the thinner cable to charge a fast charge,  but whatever :-/  I can't seem to delete this post.

Hi. We're glad you managed to resolve your charging issue. If the issue persists, you can also try the procedures below:
1. Check whether the drone is charged with the Type-C cable that comes with the 65W portable charger or with the Type-C cable connecting to the USB-A port.
2. Check whether the USB-A port on the 65W portable charger is also used to charge other devices at the same time.
3. Use the 65W portable charger to charge the battery separately to determine whether there is an error with the 65W portable charger or battery charging hub.
Make sure that the drone is charged with the Type-C cable that comes with the 65W portable charger (the cable is unable to be removed). If the remote controller is not charged when the battery is charged, it is recommended to send the charger back for diagnosis if it takes more than 96 minutes to charge one battery. If the battery can be charged normally by the 65W portable charger, send the battery charging hub back for diagnosis.
