My Air 3 is all out of whack. When I boot it up, none of the led lights on the arms turn on. I tried opening DJI Assistant 2 to do a firmware refresh, but it never shows the current firmware, even though the app recognizes the drone as being connected. Turning on the RC2, it asks me to pair it with the Air 3 (even though they’ve previously been paired) Try pairing it to the RC2 by holding the Air 3’s power button down 4 seconds to enter pair mode, but it never beeps to confirm it’s entered pairing mode. Yet the LEDs on the battery cycle to indicate it’s in pair mode. Then the RC2 stops beeping as if they are paired. Very frustrating considering I’ve had very few flights with it and never been close to a crash.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by your usage. May I ask you take a video, upload it to the dirve(like google dirve), and send it to me? This way, I can report to our engineers and help you resolve the issue.

After installing, please try connecting the aircraft to the software and check if you can now see the firmware and update the unit. We courteously ask you to record the operation and upload it to Google Drive then send the link here so we can also check the behavior of the unit.  Also, please connect the RC to the software, update and refresh the firmware then link them. Hi there.
Do you have another computer available for cross-testing with DJI Assistant 2 and refreshing the firmware? This could be a result of a failed upgrade. Additionally, can you please describe the situation in which this state occurs?

The video provided was done on a 2nd computer. Both computers I’ve tried have yielded the same result. When I start the drone, none of the LED lights on the arms light up. It will not pair with the RC2. It has never been crashed, never been wet, etc.
