I am new to DJI Forum, applogies if its wrong area, I have brought DJI MINI 2 (Second hand). I have connected to my account. The Auto take off button is not working the app. I hold down the button and as seen many videos it does not take off. Yes the propellers are moving when Auto Take off is held in the app and when done manual however I cannot lift completly off the ground.

Are you getting any errors on the Fly App screen?

No Errors at all, I am flying permitted zone too.

Issue has been resolved - device has been sent back to the shop as faulty hardware
