I realized that it is necessary to install the HEVC codec in order to be able to open recordings in the program. I tried to install the codec through the Microsoft Store, but I found out that this option is not the most reliable. I also tried some other codecs from the internet, the video loaded, but the display was very slow, even using a proxy. I know it's not a problem in the computer because I can work with the same video in Adobe Premier without any problems.

If you are using the free version of DaVinici it doesnt support HEVC.

Yes, that was the problem. I installed the studio version and now everything works.
