Hello,

I am using the Phantom 2 with the H3-3D Gimbal. I reset the gimbal using the "tweezer" method where you short the contacts on the GoPro mounting plate.

Since I did that the gimbal hasn't been detected through the DJI assistant SW.

I've attached a picture of the DJI 3.6 software window.

Please help.

If you EVER had any of the previous versions of the Vision assistant software on your computer, completely un-install and then re-install version 3.6 and try again.  This issue was one of those glitches caused by some crappy software/firmware releases.  See differences in this screen capture.

I tried to reset the gimbal using that method but the light never changes to red-yellow from it's current colour green.

Any alternative methods?

Phantom Assistant detected the gimbal but it has no control over it.
