When is it best to recharge the RC2 remote? I usually recharge after 30-40 minutes of use even though the battery level is still 80% or more. I have heard that it is best to recharge only when the battery level is almost expired or you risk a shortened battery life. I don't feel comfortable starting a flight with a battery that is getting low. Advice appreciated. Mark
Hi, mhammann57. Thank you for reaching out. The RC 2 uses a lithium-ion battery, which does not exhibit any memory effect. It can be charged at any time without worrying about it 'remembering' previous charging patterns. However, if you are not going to use the device for a long time, it's advisable not to let the battery level drop below 20% to maintain the best state of the battery. Hope this helps.
