Drone vs manual stitching....

Can we assume the second image is the drone stitched one?

Definitely a difference in the two.  I'm guessing first 360 was manually stitched.

No,  first was the drone.   the second has much more detail but that seam in the sky is very annoying.     Im sure there must be a way to fix that.

Ah, the seam in the sky is what through me off.  

That join in the second (manual stitched, presumably) is a distraction, but the slight mismatches in the first one have been ironed out.

There are different modes for blending and I just tried a different one,  the trick seems to be to use the built in 360 viewer to test it before the long wait with the sly pixel process.

Your second attempt was very good.

I changed the blend option for the sky which seemed to correct the issue.

Yes and the real trick is to use the built in preview to see the quality before moving on to the sky pixel stage.
