Hello, my name is Jeferson and I'm writing from Brazil. I bought my Mini 4 Pro Combo, but the drone has never flown. It's showing an error message "VISUAL SENSORS ERROR", and below it says: "LOWER VISUAL SENSOR CALIBRATION ERROR. AUTOMATIC CALIBRATION IN PROGRESS..." However, the calibration never happens, even after leaving the drone in front of an air conditioner for over 10 minutes. It never calibrates and also doesn't allow flight! I've tested it in various locations and have done all the updates, but without success. I don't know what else to do. I'll leave the images below for you to see.

The drone has never flown, it was taken out of the box sealed, I put the battery in to recharge, and it never took off

I already updated using DJI Assistant 2, I can't even do a downgrade
