We've just purshased a mini 3 pro to replace our mavic 2. We mainly use these tools to capture panorama spheres.
On our first trial, we can't find where the stitched panoramas are located. On the Micro SD card 100media folder is only html files while the Panorama folder has all the individual images.
We know how to self stitch panoramas but want access to the stiched files as most of the time they are good enough for our use.
Can anyne point us to where or how to obtain the stitched files?

If you used Auto-Generated JPEG Panorama the files will be saved on the memory disk.  

There will be two different folders:

    - One named Panorama containing the individual files of each shot if this option was chosen
    - Another folder named 100 Media will contain the auto-generated files

Thanks for your comment The issue we have is there are no stitched JPEG files in the 100MEDIA folder. Only HTML files, which is a directory to the individual images.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. For the DJI Mini 3 Pro, the unstitched pano photos will be saved in the PANORAMA file folder. The stitched image will be saved in the 100MEDIA file folder.

May I know if you were able to successfully shoot while using Panorama Shooting? The reason for the shooting failure may be one of the following:
1. The aircraft is moving and unstable due to strong wind.   
2. The gimbal is moving.   
3. There are altitude and distance limitations.   
4. The storage space is full.

There are no issues capturing the panoramas in flights or lack of storage.
As stated above, the problem is that there is no stiched JPEG files created in the 100MEDIA folder. There are only html files instead.

Can you provide us with a screenshot to check and please also tell us the current firmware version?
