Small update, but very happy with the results.
The sills got their second coat today.
And all the reveals got their second coat too (one more after installing)

oh well.  it is working now.     Sills look good,  but how ar you keeping that floor so clean.

Great progress and nice update.    Lots of intricate cuts you had to make.

What do you mean? It's only the concrete floor so far.

Still looks clean like youve not dripped any paint etc on it.

Exactly. I was lucky that my 'cut too far' was still < 18mm in the final piece.
