Yes, that's what I figured. I need some patience to shoot anything meaningful with my ND1000.

I took pictures a long time ago) I think it was a Fuji X-T1 camera and probably this video has nothing to do with DJI...

It was difficult, I shot with a camera with a long shutter speed, moving half a meter in one frame. And then he repeated all this when it got dark.
