I was really surprised to spot them this morning,  Id assumed theyd been put away for the winter a bit like garden furniture.

Very nice top down DA.    Nice mix of light colors.  The goats are probably glad to be out and about and not cooped up in a barn or pen.

Cheers DT,   Im not sure they were keen on the drone being 120frt above them,  they did seem to notice.

Maybe a sign that winter is over.

At least it didn't scare them enough to all run off.  

I'm sure they enjoy the visit outside, as Downtown stated. And maybe they get used to the drone as well, when they find out it's not a threat.

A couple started to move as I took that shot so I moved the drone away just in case it was upsetting them. you dont want an upset goat.

Its a shame you cant train them what to eat and what to leave alone as they could be quite useful in the garden.

That was a good move on your part.  Although goat meat is a good substitute for beef in stews, soups, and tacos

Ive bout goat a few times here but it always has shards of bone in that I cant be dealing with.

Usually if I want it I have to go into east London to find it,   and usually from an odd butcher,  hard to describe without using the politically incorrect terms.

Maybe he is an "old school" butcher.  I remember once I heard somebody say they were going to the flesh-mongers for meat.
