As i was using my mini4 pro drone to track me riding my bike, the drone crashed into some tree branches and fell for like 2-3m. The orange silicon part of propellers got damaged and got thrown away (i guess). Should i replace the propellers? Is my drone fine?

generally you should replace damaged rotors. you can still start it up and give it a try, might be a bit louder and a bit less steady.

the crack at the lower side of the pic doesn't look great tho.

if you wanna be on the safe side just replace the rotors.
