How can I get the cx label for my mini 3 pro ? I get a Network error message when I tried to submit the enquiry from the services request in DJI Fly

You can't.
DJI has not done this for the Mini 3 Pro.
Only the Mini 4 Pro.
But why would you want it. It's considered a legacy drone of <250g, which gives you the best of both worlds
